umm.. according to the calendar in the Council section of the forum, which is what I used for the events calendar at the new website, this week is console night... and the week after that (Jul. 3) is screenings night..
QUOTE END OF SEMESTER 1 Holiday Calendar June 26th - Console Night - Waurn Ponds (ib3.232) July 3rd - Screening Night - Waurn Ponds (LT1) 10th - Gaming Night - Waurn Ponds (Cafeteria) END OF HOLIDAYS unless you guys decided to cancel the console night, and go with a screenings night instead?.. which begs the question, do we have a booking for LT1 or ib3.232? -------------------- "As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Nazis or Hitler approaches 1."

I'm up for either.
I was going to check the calendar to see what was on this week but Sage posted so just went with that. I have Guitar Hero Metallica if people are interested. Still want to try Crackdown. -------------------- Some twenty years ago, the gods put down their feet, So firmly in to the ground that no man of sword nor pen, could ever change the rules upon which The very fundament of metal was made. --The Book of Heavy Metal Hold your head up high, Raise your fist up in the air Play metal, Louder than Hell! --Die for Metal |

I have Guitar Hero Metallica if people are interested. Never tried Guitar Hero myself but if there is room for a n00b then I'll be happy to come. -------------------- "I just love mimicking Tom and Jerry.

I'll bring Guitar Hero 3, World Tour and Metallica.
3 is only Guitar/Bass, World Tour and Metallica support Guitar/Base, Vocals and Drums. Anyone is free to play, I will have 2 guitars, 1 mic and 1 drum kit.

And my brother let me on his game, and he usually hates me singing. -------------------- Magical feathers can save the life of a princess...

Last time we had a few people singing. Nobody was terrible, although no one was that great either.
There are too many songs on world tour that shouldn't be in a singing game. Also too many songs that I can not get the pitch right even though I probably should be able to. Metallica is really good, and is more forgiving to people doing bad if the rest of the band is doing well.

Aww, and here I was gonna offer to sing Misery Business. Dunno what that song is, but you singing has got me scared enough. [Draws a transmutation circle around Kyokichi and removes her mouth.] -------------------- "I just love mimicking Tom and Jerry.

I suppose I'll need to bring my TV. I shall bring along my 360 as well.
I was planning on getting some of the new Sega classics on XBLA. Haven't decided on which ones yet. -------------------- "We aren't men disguised as dogs. We're wolves disguised as men." -- Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade

I'll bring my Wii.
Since we have a bit of interest in guitar hero, can we get it hooked up to one of the big screens? -------------------- Some twenty years ago, the gods put down their feet, So firmly in to the ground that no man of sword nor pen, could ever change the rules upon which The very fundament of metal was made. --The Book of Heavy Metal Hold your head up high, Raise your fist up in the air Play metal, Louder than Hell! --Die for Metal |

Unless its one of the first 6 games, I'm not interested.
And they aren't really multiplayer compatible.
