I don't know if any one has been following the sonic 4 progress. I haven't been this excited about a sonic game since Sonic 3. From the Video the graphics do look a bit poxy but i think it's still early days in the development. I just hope they recapture the speed of the sonic games with out all the bullshit that they had on the DS games.

I have a feeling the episodic contents will only feature a couple of zones.. Hopefully the games won't be too short..

It's good to see a resurgent in 2D gaming through online distribution (cheap-cheap!).. New Megaman, New Sonic, all the oldschool classics, plus all the HD remakes!

I'm sick of episodic content. It's the reason I haven't played Tales of Monkey Island yet. I'm waiting for the disc. Some things have worked (the Telltale games stuff seems to have been done pretty well) but just look at Half Life, episodic content could easily end up like that, or if the games aren't selling well, the last episodes might not even be finished.

All that said, I am looking forward to this, and I'll definitely be checking it out.

Hm... Nope, I was right. The Half-Life 2 episodes are worse than this.

Look at the Sin episodes. They release one, only for the studio to die and now they just make casual games.

Apart from Telltale Games no one has managed to pull off episodes well.

The new Sam and Max games worked as episodic games. Overall the majority of episodic gaming has failed and i agree with Lorty i wan the full thing or none of it at all.

Telltale games did the new Sam and Max. Which is why it turned out good.

Some Sonic 4 leaked footage. Personally I think it?s fake but why not hype it
